Terms and Conditions
Effective: August 2, 2026
Who these terms are with
These terms are a contract between you and Unlabelled SL (NIF ESB65395956), registered at Font de Cabrera 17, 08348 Cabrils, Spain (“Unlabelled”, “we”, “us”). Contact: privacy@unlabelled.cc.
By creating an account or using unlabelled.cc or the Unlabelled content management service (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms.
What the Service is
Unlabelled is a content management tool that connects to a website you already have. Signed-in editors write posts and pages through our editor; changes are committed to your website’s source repository and published through your own site’s normal build process.
Accounts
- You need an account to edit content. Some accounts are self-registered and aren’t granted editing access until we approve them — registering doesn’t by itself grant any permission.
- You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must give accurate information when registering.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you write or upload through the Service. We don’t claim any rights over it beyond what’s needed to store, commit and display it as part of providing the Service.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you publish (text, images, or other material), and for that content complying with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, repository, or system
- Interfere with the Service’s normal operation
We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlabelled SL isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited — for example, liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, or on reasonable notice for other reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll update the effective date above and, where reasonably possible, notify existing account holders directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your place of residence.
If you’re a consumer in the EU, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
